Estas galletas van dedicadas a unos amigos que tienen un pequeño negocio, situado en la provincia de  jamtland, en el  centro de Suecia, en un pueblecito llamado Åre.
Ellos, como yo en este bonito mundo del dulce, recién abren su negocio, invirtiendo toda su energía e ilusión, por eso desde aquí le hago este pequeño homenaje deseandoles lo mejor. Mucha suerte chicos!!!!

HOLA A TODOS!! ACABO DE ABRIR MI BLOG POR QUE ESTOY EMOCIONA POR ENSEÑAROS MIS PRIMERAS GALLETAS NAVIDEÑAS.

LAS HICE CON UNA RECETA BÁSICA QUE ME PASO MI HERMANA Y ADEMÁS LE AÑADÍ AROMA DE LIMÓN.

ESTUBE TRABAJANDO TODA LA TARDE.... CON LOS INSTRUMENTOS BÁSICOS, YA QUE NO TENGO NI MANGA PASTELERA NI NINGÚN UTENSILIO QUE ME FACILITARA EL TRABAJO...PERO ME DABA IGUAL ME LO PASE GENIAL HACIENDO DE CADA UNA UNA VERSIÓN ÚNICA E IRREPETIBLE.

LA CAMPANA ES LA QUE MAS ME GUSTA!!!!

 Y EL CERDITO ES EL PRIMERO QUE SE COMIERON!!! 

EL RENO, MUY TÍPICO EN SUECIA, LOS CORTADORES QUE ENCONTRÉ SON MUY TÍPICOS DEL PAÍS.
